Sweet Summer Scarves Under $30

Just because winter has come and gone doesn’t mean it’s time to ditch scarves altogether. It’s just time to lighten up a bit with something more seasonally appropriate. I plan on doing just that with these silk-like scarves in the sweetest of prints, hot air balloons and apples.
